By using the Economic Impact Analysis Tool, you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms of Use.
Availability of Services and Information
Through use of RHIhub’s online services, you are able to create and save customized resources on the RHIhub website. These services or your information may not be available at all times, and RHIhub does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Rural Health Information Hub does not assume liability for loss of items saved. In addition, RHIhub may modify or terminate these services at any time without prior notification.
Data Use and Privacy
Your customized resources are stored by RHIhub in a database. If you choose to provide an email address, that is also stored. While we take every reasonable precaution to secure these details (including data encryption), we shall not accept any responsibility or liability for actions that may result from this data being intercepted or accessed by an unauthorized third party. Your data will never be shared with third parties without your express consent.
By providing your email address, you consent to allow RHIhub to contact you for confirmation/maintenance purposes and to occasionally notify you of new services or request your feedback on the services provided. We promise to keep messages from us to a minimum. You may also provide feedback by contacting info@ruralhealthinfo.org.
RHIhub has a Privacy Policy disclosing more detail concerning information we collect about visitors, how we use such information and steps we take to secure such information.
Use of Services/Products
You may share items you create via the RHIhub site for non-commercial purposes only. Agreement to these Terms and use of RHIhub’s site and services shall in no way create any partnership, joint venture, or relationship between RHIhub and you. At no time shall items generated on this site, developed through the use of tools made available through this site, or the Rural Health Information Hub name or logo, be used to misrepresent oneself as a representative of the Rural Health Information Hub.
The Economic Impact Analysis Formula Tool was updated by the NORC Walsh Center for Rural Health Analysis, for Federal Office of Rural Health Policy grantees to estimate the economic impact of programmatic investments to local economies.
The tool is hosted on the Rural Health Information Hub (RHIhub) website for your convenience. RHIhub is not responsible for any decisions made by organizations using this tool. RHIhub makes no warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any information provided through this tool.

Changes to terms
The Rural Health Information Hub reserves the right to modify any part of these Terms at any time, without prior notification. Any new features that augment or enhance the current services, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Use. Continued use after any such changes shall constitute your consent to the changes.
