Kerr Foundation Grants
Provides grants to nonprofit organizations in the Kerr Foundation target area in the areas of education, health, cultural development, and human services.

Montana Mental Health Access Fund for Indigenous Communities
Funding for mental health service providers to support innovative ideas for increasing access and improving mental health and well-being for Montana residents, with particular focus on tribal communities.

Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part F Dental Reimbursement Program
Funding designed to improve access to oral healthcare services for low income people with HIV, and to train dental students, dental hygiene students, and dental residents to deliver dental care to people with HIV.

Adult Treatment Court Site-Based
Grants and technical assistance to enhance the operations of adult drug courts, which includes service coordination, management of treatment court participants, fidelity to the model, and recovery support services. Courts should integrate evidence-based substance abuse treatment, random drug testing, equitable sanctions and incentives, and transitional services in judicially-supervised court settings with jurisdiction over offenders to reduce recidivism, substance abuse, and prevent overdoses. Rural communities are a program priority.

Rural Surface Transportation Grant Program
Grants for projects to improve and expand the surface transportation infrastructure in rural areas to increase connectivity, improve the safety and reliability of the movement of people and freight, generate regional economic growth, and improve quality of life.

Tobacco Regulatory Science (R01 Clinical Trial Optional)
Grants to support biomedical and behavioral research that will provide scientific data to inform regulation of tobacco products to protect public health. Projects may focus on one or more classes of tobacco products and on one or more vulnerable populations.

Community Economic Development Planning Grants
Funding for community development corporations to build administrative capacity to design a sustainable business project and package a competitive grant application. An application should be submitted in a Community Economic Development competition within the 12 months of the end of the project period. Applications from rural areas are encouraged.

Farmers Market Promotion Program (FMPP)
Grants for projects that assist in the development, coordination, and expansion of domestic farmers markets, roadside stands, community‐supported agriculture programs, agritourism activities, and other direct producer‐to‐consumer market opportunities. Priority will be given to projects that benefit communities located in low income/low food access (LI/LA) census tracts.

Head Start Expansion, Early Head Start Expansion, and Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership Grants
Funding to operate Head Start and Early Head Start programming within a community, leveraging existing local resources to provide a comprehensive array of health, mental health, nutrition, and social services for children and their families.

Local Food Promotion Program
Grants to intermediary organizations to support the development, coordination, and expansion of local and regional food business enterprises to help increase access to locally and regionally produced agricultural products. Priority will be given to projects that benefit communities located in low income/low food access census tracts.
