Off-Farm Labor Housing Direct Loans and Grants
Low interest loans and need-based grants to develop affordable housing for year-round, migrant, seasonal, retired, and/or disabled domestic farm laborers.

Affordable Housing Loans for Low-Income Rural Communities
Short-term loans at below market interest rates to local nonprofits, for-profits, and government entities that are working to develop affordable housing for low-income, rural communities.

Business and Industry Loan Guarantees
Loan guarantees to improve, develop, or finance business, industry, and employment and improve the economic and environmental climate in rural communities.

Colorado Healthy Foods Initiative
Loans for retail grocery providers, carts, co-ops, farmer markets, trucks, delivery services, food production companies and distributors, urban and rural agricultural projects, and other healthy food businesses. Loan recipients receive access to business coaching and other resources.

Community Facility Loans
Loans to help develop and improve essential community facilities in the rural West.

Community Health Center Capital Fund LoanPLUS Program
A Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) program that provides loan capital and technical assistance designed to meet the needs of smaller health centers and/or those with limited financial resources. Health centers that have not been able to access financing through conventional lenders are encouraged to apply.

Dakota Main Street Loan Program
Direct loans for businesses in North Dakota and Minnesota, including healthcare-related businesses, to be used for working capital, inventory, and small equipment.

Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF)
A federal-state partnership that provides funding and technical assistance to help water systems and states achieve the health protection objectives of the Safe Drinking Water Act.
