Johns Hopkins Center for American Indian Health Scholarship
Financial support for American Indian and Alaska Native scholars, health leaders, health professionals, and paraprofessionals serving tribal communities who are interested in attending the Johns Hopkins Center for American Indian Health Summer or Winter Institute courses at the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.

Missouri Aim for Excellence Award
Award that recognizes hospitals in Missouri for their accomplishments, innovations, and outcomes for projects that address at least one of the three Triple Aim principles, which are population, quality, and cost/value.

Luce Indigenous Knowledge Fellowship
A self-directed fellowship for Native Americans engaged in meaningful work that benefits Indigenous people and communities in reservation and/or urban settings. The fellowship is open to both emerging and experienced leaders from a wide variety of fields, including but not limited to healthcare, agriculture, food systems, youth leadership development, natural resource management, climate change, economic development, journalism, language and cultural revitalization, and traditional or contemporary arts.

NOSORH Purpose-Driven Leadership Institute
A series of 8 online workshops that cover leadership principles and their practical application to help individuals build leadership and management skills in the context of rural health.

Social and Economic Development Strategies Program (SEDS)
Grants for tribal community-based organizations, tribes, and village governments for social and economic infrastructure development. The program is focused on community-driven projects designed to grow local economies, support local businesses, strengthen families, preserve Native cultures, and increase social development and infrastructure in Native American communities.

Boettcher Foundation Grants
Community Connections Grants for initiatives or infrastructure projects that strengthen the connections between individuals and organizations in Colorado. Rural Catalyst Grants for building the capacity of rural nonprofit organizations.

CHS Seeds for Stewardship Grants
Matching grants to cooperatives for programs to strengthen hometown communities, with priority given to projects that enhance agriculture safety, farmer well-being, agriculture education, and rural community vitality.

Telligen Community Initiative Grants
Grants for programs and nonprofit organizations that address social determinants that impact health and enhance equity, that are making healthcare education more accessible, and that are fostering healthcare innovation in Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, and Oklahoma.

Daniel Foundation of Alabama Grants
Grants for programs in Alabama with a focus on underserved communities, rural areas, and populations experiencing economic disadvantages. Priority areas include health; community needs; education and youth; and arts, culture, and community assets.

Rural Hospital Leadership Team Award
Award that honors an exceptional leadership team that has guided their rural hospital and community through transformational change and healthcare innovation.
