Oregon Rural Population Health Incubator Program
Funding and technical assistance to support rural population health and health equity programs initiated by rural hospitals, clinics or community-based organizations in Oregon.

Radiation Exposure Screening and Education Program
Grants to support healthcare organizations in providing medical screenings to qualifying individuals for cancer and other radiogenic diseases; creating education programs and sharing public information on radiogenic diseases; providing referrals and follow-up services for medical treatment; and facilitating documentation of Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA) claims.

Wildhorse Foundation Grants
Grants to tribes and national, regional, or local Native American organizations that serve individuals in the Cayuse, Umatilla, and Walla Walla tribes of Oregon and Washington. Funds may be used to support programs in the areas of public health, public safety, environmental protection, and gambling addiction, among others.

Weyerhaeuser Giving Fund
Funds programs that work in the areas of affordable housing and shelter, education and youth development, environmental stewardship, workforce, and human services within the Weyerhaeuser Company Foundation service area.

American Connection Corps
A 1-year fellowship program that trains and mobilizes leaders to work in rural and emerging communities to coordinate broadband development and digital inclusion.

Community Facility Loans
Loans to help develop and improve essential community facilities in the rural West.

Environmental Infrastructure Loans
Loans to finance water and waste facility projects in the rural West, including the early funds small rural communities need to determine project feasibility and to pay pre-development costs prior to receiving state and federal funding.

Ford Family Foundation Grants
Offers grants to small, rural communities in Oregon and parts of California for community development; technical assistance; critical needs; arts; and healthy children, youth, and families.

Northwest Farm Credit Services Rural Community Grant Program
Grants for nonprofit organizations working to improve economic and social well-being of rural communities in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington.

Oregon AHEC Scholars Program
A multidisciplinary certificate program for certain health professions students in Oregon that offers opportunities for hands-on training, experience in rural and underserved communities, and networking with other students and professionals.
