Social and Economic Development Strategies Program (SEDS)
Grants for tribal community-based organizations, tribes, and village governments for social and economic infrastructure development. The program is focused on community-driven projects designed to grow local economies, support local businesses, strengthen families, preserve Native cultures, and increase social development and infrastructure in Native American communities.

Off-Farm Labor Housing Direct Loans and Grants
Low interest loans and need-based grants to develop affordable housing for year-round, migrant, seasonal, retired, and/or disabled domestic farm laborers.

Stand Down Grants
Provides funding for events that offer homeless veteran populations a variety of social services designed to help them to reintegrate into their communities, such as housing, healthcare, and employment opportunities.

Economic Impact Initiative Grants
Funding to assist in the development of essential community facilities in rural communities that have extreme unemployment and severe economic depression.

Multifamily Housing Loan Guarantees
Loan guarantees for qualified private-sector lenders to provide financing to qualified borrowers with the intent of increasing the supply of affordable rental housing for low to moderate income individuals and families in eligible rural areas and towns.

Wells Fargo Community Giving Programs
Funding for nonprofit organizations in the areas of housing affordability, financial health, small business growth, and the environment.

Indian Housing Block Grant Program Inactive
Grants to develop, maintain, and operate affordable housing in safe and healthy environments on American Indian reservations and in other American Indian areas, and to carry out other affordable housing activities that benefit low-income families.

Capital Magnet Fund Inactive
Grants to finance affordable housing and community revitalization efforts that benefit low-income people and communities.

Continuum of Care Program Collaborative Applicant Registration (CoC) Inactive
The Continuum of Care Program provides grants for community collaboration projects that assist individuals and families who are homeless by providing supportive care services, transitional housing, and permanent housing. Projects must designate a collaborative applicant and successfully complete a collaborative registration process to be eligible to apply for funding.

Affordable Housing for Rural Veterans Initiative Inactive
Funding for "bricks and mortar" projects that assist low‐income, elderly, and disabled veterans with home repair needs, support homeless veterans, help veterans become homeowners, and/or secure affordable rental housing in rural areas of the United States.
