Grants to Enhance Culturally Specific Services for Victims of Sexual Assault, Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, and Stalking
Grants to support community-based organizations in providing culturally relevant services to meet the critical needs of victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and stalking, as well as the development of innovative culturally specific strategies to enhance access to services and resources for victims who face obstacles to using more traditional programs.

Rural and Small Department Violent Crime Reduction Program
Grants to strengthen the capacity of small/rural law enforcement agencies and prosecutors to combat violent crime by implementing critical elements from BJA-developed guides, which include strategies and services to mitigate the risk for violent behavior in individuals dealing with mental health and/or substance use disorders.

Notice of Special Interest (NOSI): Research on the Impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic and Risks for Abuse and Injury Among Vulnerable Children and Youth
Notice of Special Interest to fund research on the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and risks for abuse and injury among vulnerable children and youth. Emphasis is placed on disparity populations related to abuse and neglect prior to the pandemic, as well as populations that have been disproportionately affected by the coronavirus. Disparity populations include American Indians, Alaska Natives, LGBT youth, and children seen at rural emergency departments.

Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Formula Program
Grants for tribal communities to improve services for victims of crime. Funding may support a comprehensive range of activities including needs assessment, strategic planning, program development, implementation, and other activities needed to address the needs of a wide variety of crime victims in tribal communities.

Special Tribal Criminal Jurisdiction Grant Program
Grant support and technical assistance for tribes for planning, developing, and implementing changes in tribal criminal justice systems necessary to exercise Special Tribal Criminal Jurisdiction (STCJ) for covered crimes, which are assault of tribal justice personnel; child violence; dating violence; domestic violence; obstruction of justice; sexual violence; sex trafficking; stalking; and violation of a protection order.

BNSF Railway Foundation Grants
Grants to organizations that operate near a BNSF railway line. Priority areas include health and human service organizations, programs that address chemical dependency treatment and prevention, spouse and child abuse, women's and children's aid, transitional shelters, hospitals, medical programs, youth development programs, and federally recognized tribes.

Indigenous Safe Housing Training and Technical Assistance
Training and technical assistance for organizations looking to provide safe housing for American Indian and Alaska Native survivors of gender-based violence.

Technical Assistance for Tribal Domestic Violence Programs and Shelters
Technical assistance for tribal domestic violence programs and shelters to build tribal capacity to respond to domestic violence; strengthen advocacy; and improve services for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, dating violence, and sex trafficking.

Tribal Domestic Violence Programs COVID-19 Mitigation Grants
Grants for COVID-19 mitigation that supports tribal programs and community organizations serving indigenous survivors of gender-based violence at the intersection of housing instability and homelessness.

Grants to Indian Tribal Governments Program: Strengthening Tribal Advocacy Responses Track (START) Inactive
Grants to assist tribal governments and authorized designees of tribal governments to respond to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, sex trafficking, and stalking in their communities. START grantees will receive additional training and technical assistance to plan and implement their projects.
