Provides assistance to healthcare providers for eligible expenses related to broadband connectivity at a flat discounted rate of 65%. Participants can apply as a member of a consortium or a stand-alone entity.

Rural Health Care Telecommunications (Telecom) Program
Assistance to healthcare providers for eligible expenses related to telecommunications and voice services for the use of telemedicine and telehealth.

Grants for Nationally Significant Freight and Highway Projects (INFRA)
Federal funding for highway and freight projects of national or regional significance, including infrastructure projects in rural areas, expanded access to broadband, and projects that affect public health.

National Network of Libraries of Medicine Region 2 Grants
Funding for projects in Region 2 (southern U.S.) that improve health literacy; increase the ability of the general public to find and use health information; and improve health professionals' access to, awareness of, and skills for locating high quality biomedical and health information.

Rural eConnectivity Broadband Loan and Grant Program (ReConnect)
Loans, grants, and loan/grant combinations to expand broadband service to rural areas without sufficient broadband access.

Delta Regional Authority States Economic Development Assistance Program (SEDAP)
Grants to help Delta communities create jobs and improve infrastructure. Funds may be used for basic public infrastructure, transportation infrastructure, broadband, and business development including entrepreneurship and workforce training.

Affordable Connectivity Program
A benefit that helps low-income households pay for broadband service and internet connected devices. The Affordable Connectivity Program replaces the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program.

American Connection Corps
A 1-year fellowship program that trains and mobilizes leaders to work in rural and emerging communities to coordinate broadband development and digital inclusion.

Broadband Planning Assistance
Technical assistance for communities with actionable broadband projects. Assistance will include targeted data and recommendations to produce investment-ready broadband plans.

Community Heart & Soul Planning, Technical Assistance, and Seed Grant Program
Community Heart & Soul is a community development process that engages residents in identifying what they love about their community, the future they want for it, and how to achieve it. Activities and objectives are determined by communities, and projects have included volunteerism, healthcare access, social programs, transportation, broadband, and emergency preparedness, among others. Seed grants are offered to qualifying small cities and towns interested in implementing the Heart & Soul model.
