CDC: Agency Forms Undergoing Paperwork Reduction Act Review

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is allowing an additional 30 days for comments on a proposed information collection project titled "Medical Monitoring Project (MMP)." Information gathered will guide national and local HIV-related service organization and delivery and monitor the receipt of HIV treatment and prevention services and clinical outcomes. Comments are due within 30 days of this notice.
