Purpose

Gladys Brooks Foundation Grants provide support for projects in the following categories:

  • Libraries:
    • Resource endowments
    • Equipment
    • Capital construction
  • Educational Institutions:
    • Scholarship funds
    • Fellowships for teachers working in the liberal arts, mathematics, and sciences
    • Capital funds
  • Hospitals and Clinics:
    • Proposals that address a new healthcare need
    • Proposals that improve the quality of healthcare
    • Proposals that reduce health costs and improve patient outcomes
    • Capital funds
Eligibility

Publicly supported 501(c)(3) nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations within the Foundation's service area are eligible to apply.

Geographic coverage
Available in 12 states.
Amount of funding

Past awards have ranged from $5,000 to $200,000.

Complete the online request form to get specific proposal letter information.
